Sometimes an unexpected breeze can change everything…
Ann and Rhonda are preparing for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays when Vaughn’s daughter, Nell, announces she’ll be coming for Thanksgiving week with the kids, without her husband, Clint, who can only attend the holiday itself due to his work schedule. After seeing Clint arrive on a private jet with a gorgeous business partner, Ann and Rhonda realize this is a bigger problem than they thought and go to work to make things right. Over the holiday, Clint is injured in a boating accident aboard Vaughn’s sailboat, and knowing Nell will be staying in Sabal for a while, Ann and Rhonda offer her a job at the hotel. One thing remains there’s no better place than at The Beach House Hotel for love to grow.
A light beach read with humor sprinkled in for readers’ enjoyment, featuring two women, Ann and Rhonda, whom readers adore. Be sure to read all the books in the series.
Another of Judith Keim’s series books celebrating love and families, strong women meeting challenges, and clean women’s fiction with a touch of romance—beach reads for all ages with a touch of humor, satisfying twists, and happy endings.

Worth the read. I received this book for my honest review. I give it voluntarily.
There is no place better than beach to let all your cares and woes go and for Anne and Rhonda owners of The Beach House Hotel a walk on the beach can clear all the thoughts and bring things into perspective. And right now Anne needs the beach more than ever. There is family problems brewing while the ladies are preparing for the holiday season. When Vaughan's daughter tells them she will be arriving alone with the children and her husband will come later, she knows that she must give her all to help them navigate their troubles while remaining steadfast like she always is. When a sailing accident befalls Vaughan and Clint and leaves Clint injured. The families of Anne, Rhonda and the hotel family band together to help and calm the waters of trouble and heartache. There is also a heartache for one of their hotel family and they all gather around to help her through this sad time. That's what they do at The Beach House Hotel.
Once again I started this book and read it well into the wee hours of the morning because I can never put it down until I know that all is well for the ladies, their families and their beloved hotel. Judith Keim always comes up with such heartwarming stories for this series and you never want it to end. There is always such great characters to revisit each time, even if one of them is their nemesis Brock who always wants to be in their business. I love how the ladies handle him. Makes me laugh and cheer them. Another wonderful, warm and humorous story filled with family, friends that make you want to book a visit at The Beach House Hotel. I sincerely hope there will be more visits to The Beach House Hotel. I was offered an ARC of this book for my honest review.
Sea Breezes at the Beach House Hotel is another wonderful story written by author Judith Keim. Each book in this series can be read as a stand-alone. However, if you read the entire series, each new release is even more enjoyable because it is like visiting with old friends.
In this book, Ann and Rhonda are preparing for the holiday season. This Thanksgiving will be special because Vaughn's daughter Nell will be there with the kids for a few weeks. Her husband Clint can only be there for Thanksgivng due to his workload. Ann and Rhonda begin to suspect that there are maritial problems between Nell and Clint. Unfortunately, something happens that brings everything to the forefront. Ann and Rhonda are trying to be helpful, while aslo allowing space. With that being said, fans of this series know that whenever Ann and Rhonda put there minds to something, there is no stopping them.
The story that unfolds is well-written and so realistic. The characters are relatable, and that is what makes this such a good story. Typically, Ann and Rhonda are focused on helping someone outside of their immediate families, so this was a definite treat to have the main focus on Ann's family. The problems Nell and Clint have are common in real life, and so many readers will be able to relate. Sometimes striving for more isn't always worth what you have to give up in the process!
As with all Judith Keim books, family and friendships are always so important. This book definitely emphasizes the importance of both. I absolutely loved reading Sea Breezes at the Beach House Hotel!
I received an ARC from the author. My views are my own and are in no way influenced by anyone else.
Ann and Rhonda, the co-owners are getting busy as they prepare for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Life at the hotel is always busy but the holidays are a high stress time. Along with the extra work at the hotel, Ann has extra company coming to visit. Vaughn’s daughter Nell is coming for Thanksgiving with her two children but her husband Clint is only staying one day because he has to get back to work on a big project. Both Ann and Vaughn are worried that there are problems in the marriage and once they talk to Nell they get even more worried. Clint gets injured in a boat accident and his injuries are bad enough to keep him in Florida longer than he planned. His co-worker is not happy with the delay – in fact the woman appears to be very possessive of Clint’s time and everyone is worried that there may be an affair going on. Ann and Rhonda offer Nell a job at the hotel and she really fits in with the rest of the staff. She wants to remain in Florida, she thinks it would be better for her and for the kids but Clint wants to finish out his project so that he can provide a luxurious lifestyle for his family. Will there be a happy outcome in the problems between Nell and Clint and will they stay in Florida?
Once again Ann and Rhonda work together to make the hotel a success and they work just as hard to keep love and happiness in their families. Another great book in the series.
This is another delightful book in the Beach House Hotel series. Although you can enjoy this book without having read the books before, I think you'd appreciate the book more if you were acquainted with some of the main characters, who were introduced early in the series.
In this book, Ann and Rhonda, partners and owners of The Beach House Hotel, are preparing for the holiday season, which is always popular and busy with guest and weddings during the holidays. This year, Nell, Ann's stepdaughter, seems to be having a difficult time in her marriage. Both Ann and Rhonda are sorry to hear about this because Nell and her husband have been very happy together and they vow to steer clear of taking sides, but they will be supportive.
Clint, the husband, is having difficulty with expectations at his new job.
As always, this clean novel, which can be read by anyone, demonstrates the power of love, friendship, and unending support of friends and family.
Thanks to the author for providing me with an early copy of the e-book.
Turmoil seems to be brewing in Vaughn’s daughter’s marriage. Nell and Cliff have always been a loving couple, but Cliff has been spending more and more time at work and Nell is afraid he is having an affair. When she decides to take their two children and visit Vaughn and Ann over the holidays and Cliff will not be coming for the entire time, Ann is sure something is wrong. She and her partner in the Sea Breeze Hotel, Rhonda, are determined to find out the problem. Once again this series is good at mimicking everyday people as they go through life. Showing independence, growth, determination, but most of all love, Ann and Rhonda want to help. Author, Judith Keim delivers a strong book about struggles and determination. And a lesson, in no matter the problem, that family is always there with unconditional love. I received an arc of this book from the author. This review is my opinion without renumeration.
This is another wonderful book in a series that I love. I do recommend starting at the beginning because the story line just keeps on going. There is no telling who you might meet in each book and of course you have your core group of characters. It is always fun to see what is happening with them and seeing how their lives are changing. You’ll be reading about real life situations, some of which you may relate to. I love how just about everyone becomes family. Let’s be real, you do meet those you don’t want in your family. The support and love these folks have for each other is very evident as is the lack of judgement about others. Who wouldn’t love that? As always there are great characters and situations that just keeps you reading. I love everything I have read by this author and think you may also. I received an ARC of this book, but my opinion is my own.
There are some series that each book is something new and different, you love the characters and can't wait for the next in the series even though you just finished one. The Beach House Hotel series is one of those for me. Ann and Rhonda have made their boutique hotel into a gem even while facing family issues, customers who complain and of course the nosey Brock Goodwin who is always out to cause trouble. Its one of those series that I hope will never end. Its an easy read with great characters and a story line that keeps the reader entertained throughout. Best series for this writer.
Vaughn’s daughter, Nell, and her husband, Chris, are due to come to the Beach House Hotel for Thanksgiving. But Nell calls and seems very upset. Chris isn’t coming as soon as they had planned due to his work. Nell is anxious to talk to Ann about the situation, and there are more problems with Chris’s work. This is a wonderful series with characters you would love to know, except Brock! To really get the full enjoyment of the series, start with The Beginning prequel or Breakfast at the Beach House Hotel to learn how Ann and Rhonda open the hotel and how their hotel family grows.
Sea Breezes at the Beach House Hotel contains all the warmth, family and caring I expect from a visit to one of my favorite locations. I admire how Rhonda and Ann run their hotel, extend their hotel family and care for their guests while remaining in loving relationships with their husbands and supporting their children. This visit I get a front row seat on the issues being caused by Clint's new job and his current business partner. Lots of drama, but our strong women will win in the end. I treasure my visits because I get to catch up with old friends, mourn with them when necessary and watch Rhonda and Ann handle Brock! Once again, I could not put the book down and was sorry to reach the end. I hope it is just a temporary goodbye to my Beach House Hotel family.
Oh my this one is my favorite one, all of them are amazing and filled with Love happiness hope and families. Thank you can't wait to see the next one. If you have never read any of these book do so know you can't go wrong. And I'm not saying much about the peop,e is the book you need to find your favorite one which is way to hard to do. Enjoy reading and hopefully the tears that comes down and the smiles you have on your face will bring you to feel the love and blessings of each of this families have.
Another amazing adventure at The Beach House Hotel, which while reading it, my heart and soul was so thankful being back there. Every adventure is different, the hotel is always full, and you just don't know the people you will meet. Ann and Rhonda have made changes, but has kept the heart of the beach house, the people they employ stay, and they all feel like family. Well, except for Brock. I received an ARC from Judith Keim and once again I felt like I had gone on vacation.
This book will make you feel like part of the Beach Hotel family. It's full of characters I have come to love and a few new faces and as with all families there's drama, tears, fears, and conflicts that could change the dynamics of the family. I also liked how this family came together to help when needed and it was very humbling to watch. Too bad Brock never changes! He could learn a thing or two! I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
Every family comes with its own brand of chaos and comfort. The family that Ann and Rhonda have built at the Beach House Hotel is no different. The story has drama, love, and a happy ending. I love Judith Keim’s writing. I received an advance copy, but my review is honest and voluntary.
Another terrific book in the Beach House Hotel. Lots of vivid descriptions of actions and scenery in Sabal Florida. Owners Ann and Rhonda continue to host beautiful events despite the issues facing hotel owners. Brock continues to be an annoyance.
This time one of the issues is more personal as it affects Nell and Clint. Vaughn’s daughter Nell arrives before Thanksgiving, with her children. Her husband Clint is busy working and seems to be involved in unusual business practices. A tragic sailing accident sidelined Clint and provides opportunities for changes. Maybe new beginnings will take place.
Family love and support are threaded throughout the book. Family doesn’t have to be related as the characters interact.
Thank you to the author for this ARC. This review is my honest opinion.
The Beach House Hotel series always hits it out of the park. These books are great characters, fantastic plots, and wonderful reads that draw you in and won't let you put them down. I want to go stay at the hotel after I read these books. I feel like Ann and Rhonda are family. Grab a cinnamon roll and coffee and enjoy the read!
As always I loved the story. It's nice catch up on everyone and find out all the changes. My only complaint with this book were the F bombs.... I know it's Rhonda's rough manner, but I just hate the word and will usually not bother reading authors who like to use it. I love Judith's stories so much I have to overlook them here.
I really enjoyed going back to The Beach House Hotel. I love the characters except one, Brock Goodwin, who is always trying to cause trouble for Ann and Rhonda. You always feel right at home while reading the stories.
I received a free ARC, and this is my honest opinion.
I absolutely love these books. There is always upbeat stories, some sad occasions and always problems with running the hotel. So many families blended together to create a huge family.I look forward to the next book. Go Rhonda and Ann.
I really enjoy this with a bit of suspense to a romance novel was great ...I like having more pages and chapters ...I read these books too fast and want them to keep going ..even though I enjoy a series of books but like the longer ones preferably 🙃
Of all the vast series I have read this by far one of my favorites. Every character is unique and the lives of those are beautiful. Makes you want to buy a caftan And go to the beach
I always enjoy Reading books by Judith Keim. She writes Great stories With And interesting characteristics. I hope she will continue with more stories about the hotel and the next generation of managers and
This series hit the heart perfectly. Some sadness, some danger, and much happiness. All books in the series all had some jerks thrown in. I highly recommend this author, she is great. And I highly recommend this series !
