This simple yet powerful book changed my perceptions and gave me new insights about the importance of healthy lifestyle choices in healthspan and life span. As a retired health science professional everything in this short book deeply resonated with me.

I read this book in 2019 and now as a beta reader of the new version I felt obliged to leave a comment as this book, based on author's real life experience, can be life-changing for some. It helped me reconsider my habits and refine my actions.
