Like this book and how it's divided into chapters and subchapters.
It consists of many forms of anxiety. What I really appreciate is that they go into the symptoms of the different types and the solutions to them. Throughout the book there rae pages for a journal and for you to write down your thoughts.
There is also an assessment section with questions to ask yourself and you can get a rating on each of the anxieities to figure out which one you really have. Then there are solutions to the speicifc anxieties. At the end there are references to the notes during the reading.
Super informative and even has solutions.

Become a healthier you

It’s possible to move from anxious to secure and from fear to confidence. The goal of this book is to guide you on that path.

It’s important to not point fingers or dwell on the past. Instead, show yourself some grace and understanding in order to change your attachment style to build healthier, more secure relationships.

Imagine feeling secure and confident in your connections, where trust and boundaries come naturally; wouldn’t that be wonderful?

Learn to stop anxious attachment tendencies

This is an excellent book to help with your anxious attachment. This book explains what anxious attachment is, as well as it's roots and how to deal with it. It also explains your attachment style so you can customize it for your specific needs. This is a great book for beginners!
