I appreciate the detailed practical exercises Dr Cheyenne Bryant offers in every single chapter. The information is researched and she actively name drops her sources on each topic. The info and the activities are organized and interconnected. The approach is written gently and compassionately. And She holds high values on spirituality, connection to God, and self accountability, discipline and love. This book was fantastic and inspiring. I’d read it again.
