Silent Whispers: Poetry from the Soul

Poetry allows us to express who we really are. It touches on many emotions and allows for us to feel that emotion. It also allows us to claim the words as if they were our very own. The author of Expressions of Life, I have been blessed with the opportunity to touch on many subjects and to share my experiences with you, the reader. Poetry does not have to be complicated; it just has to be understood. As simple as my poetry may be, it contains such heartfelt meaning that all readers are able to relate to in one way or another. Silent Poetry from the Soul is a collection of verses about love, sadness, happiness, and holidays with special months that bring special memories to one’s life. I only speak from my experiences and from what I have observed throughout my life and have added a few verses about my home state of Wisconsin because I am proud to be living here and wish to show my gratitude for the abundant support that I have received for my first book, Expressions of Life.
