Not my favorite of the series

If you're like me and read at least 7+ books a month and most of those action/adventure variety, then you may also get burnt out with overly long and drawn out fights that to you may not deserve being multiple chapters long.

This book has 10+ battles and in my opinion most of them were waaaayyyy too long and held up the plot from advancing. From my perspective fight scenes =junk food. Sure they're cool but they also stop the story from advancing and tend to be the empty calories of most stories. I can honestly say after the second fight scene I just start to skip to the end of every following fight scene as they became a chore to read through and I wanted to get to some actual plot advancement of which there wasn't much considering it felt like the fights took up a good 40% of the book.

TLDR: too many fight scenes, felt like not enough plot advancement and skipped the majority of the battles as they drug on for way too long.

Very good

The earlier books in this series was more focused on his struggle to get strong and so many people was against him but in the later books such as this one it's as if he cannot lose he is strong and able to get stronger at an insane pace. I love it. this book had alot of fight scenes in it which are always great and very descriptive but I feel a little more story development mixed in would be a better blend but overall love the series definitely in my top 10 series.
