If you don't know anything, or much, about PD, then this book is a handy, interesting and informative, well structured, quick read.

I’m a caregiver for my WWP. I wanted to inform PWP that there’s hope, the Uinehealthcentre. com has been of great help. the PD-5 treatment programme they offer has completely help with reversing my wife Parkinson's symptoms. I am absolutely confident that this program offers a viable solution. I hope you find it helpful and I wish you a full recovery!

Critical reading if someone you love has Parkinson's, even in its early stages. It helps you begin to sort out what the person can/can't control as the disease progresses, so you can begin to let go of fear and recognize symptoms for what they are. It is also full of suggestions for finding doctors/helping the "Parky," as they call them here in the Austin-area support group. Parkinson's sucks, but it's better to have an understanding of it than to just let it take over your life.

Always trying to find something to help me understand my sweet mother's PD. This had a few new things so was worth the read. Definitely a good book for those new to Parkinson's.
