... and five more stories that earned honorable mention, from military thrillers to magical duels and far ranging adventure!
Cannon Publishing has some great universes, so I knew this would be a great anthology. Elaise Midcoh's "Don' t Mind Us" was short story perfection and easily won the High Caliber Award. This deserves to be made into a Love, Death, Robots episode on Netflix. The others were all varying levels of 4 to 5 star stories, but I will admit this one won me over and carried me through the rest of the book.
Great reads by some really good and up and coming authors. I look forward to reading more of their work in the future. The three winners are superb works and great reads.
