I just finished reading this "gem" of a business fable. Every person in management and leadership needs to read this fabulous story. It is a quick read only taking me about two days. I would love to get all of the leaders at my organization to read this book and implement the 13 Talent Management principles illustrated in this great read. Author, Mark Allen, was wise to write this as a story so that I never felt like I was reading just another dry management self help book. A must read!
