True stories from the experiences of a professional standup comedian traveling the world on a cruise ship. Fantastic insights to the behind the scenes action on your favorite and not so favorite cruise lines!
This is truly something I've never read before. I've read books about flight attendants, emts, doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, even a cruise ship doctor [ which was mighty good may i add ] and others, but this was my first about a cruise ship comedian.
This was a great behind the scenes look at the job of a cruise ship comedian. His delivery is right on, but I guess that would be expected of a good comedian, hah. I really did enjoy his story about meeting his partner, that was sweet. I mean how many people get their dream job, find true happiness, and get all of these great stories to tell. The book is "novella-length," so it was a quick read as well.
Really enjoyable , easy to read book. Contains some very funny reminisces ,particularly enjoyed "Benjamin's mummy on the airplane" Sounds as though Dave has had a great career on the cruise ships.
