We only covered chapters 1-13 (there are 18), so I did actually read over half the book and I only skimmed through the last 5 chapters.
For an online class that basically translated into a self-study class, this book worked pretty good. It wasn't so in depth that I got lost while reading it on my own with no classmates to discuss it with nor a teacher pointing out what we really needed to know yet it was not so simple and dumbed down that I was bored, and annoyed with it.
I found the book to actually have real-world applications in it, things that I can and will use in future jobs. I liked how thy used real companies and stats to explain formulas as well as real problems that crop up in the workplace.
