First third is good and informative with scientific evidence and descriptions, but the rest is all anecdotal and repetitive. Narrator sounded like an AI bot... mispronouncing easy acronyms (ie, MRIs was said as M-Rizz).

This book reads like it’s self published and didn’t have an editor.

And then I checked, and it is indeed self published. So, if you know, you know.
