Cher Hampton is a prolific author of self-help and personal development workbooks. We’ve connected on Facebook and she has asked me to review various books of hers.
Her most recent book is Anxious Attachment, Codependency Recovery & Setting Boundaries Workbook (3 in 1): 125+ Proven Techniques for Ending Relationship Anxiety, Stop Overthinking & Inner Child Healing to Reclaim Self-Worth.

This set of workbooks walks the reader through different attachment styles, how they can lead to codependency and poor boundaries in relationships. It provides many useful practices to better understand how you got to where you are in your life and practical activities that can help you heal and move on.

This is a useful set of workbooks if you or someone you love is struggling with attachment, boundary, or codependency issues.

This book could be used for the 2025 52 Book Challenge, 52 Published in 2025 or 45 Author releases more than one book a year. I’m using the later category, since I’ve already reviewed a different book published this year.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to better understand themselves, heal emotional wounds from the past, and improve the quality of their relationships. The author explains anxious attachment, codependency, and the importance of healthy boundaries in a clear, compassionate, and relatable way. What I especially appreciate is that it’s not just theory, the book is filled with exercises, affirmations, and practical tools for everyday life. Most importantly, it delivers the empowering message that self-worth and emotional security are things we can build, step by step. Truly worth reading!

What an another amazing self help book / workbook by Cher Hampton. This really resonated with me. I love that she goes over tools you can use to be able to help ourselves.

Dealing wth years of trauma this work book really got me to be myself and use tools to help me be the best version of myself. Really loved it. Can’t wait for Cher Hampton’s next self help book. I absolutely love them!!!

Excellent workbook for learning about setting boundaries with explicit information for the newbie. As a previous counselor, I believe this workbook is wonderful for anyone wanting to help themselves. Easy enough to understand but including all the categories that cover the basics. Great read.
