Dominic is the leader of the Guardians. He and his five brothers have been groomed their whole lives for the duty of protecting the one with the ultimate power. Each one holding traits and powers of their own that set them apart.
When Ella walks into their lives, the men realize she is the one they have been waiting for. There is a catch in gaining possession of her powers, she will claim one of the Guardians as her own. Even though Dominic wants to be the Guardian, the prophecy states the choice must be hers and hers alone.
Evil has been intertwined in Ella's past, following her journey, showing up to put a stop to her training, and wanting the power for themselves.
Can Ella learn to accept and harness the power given to her? Will she choose wrong in claiming her soulmate, setting the prophecy on a different path? And will the Guardians be able to protect Ella when evil comes for her?

Uncontrollable Power
What a great and interesting book. What's a girl to do when she becomes 18 and learning that all is not as it seems while being put out of the house. Ella not knowing what is going is thrust into a world that is relying on her and her powers as a witch to save the world. Dominic and his brothers are Guardians and know that they were trained to protect the person with the ultimate power (Ella). Through challenges big and small she finally learns and accept who she is meant to be and when she thinks all is as it should be all hell breaks loose. I for one can't wait till the next installment to see what can possibly come next.

I really liked this book. Would definitely read it again at some stage. It was the type of book where I think I may have missed little things that will be important through out and will probably discover them the next time. Kind of wished it had been longer but I believe if you feel that way about a story it just shows how much you were into it. Hope book 2 is coming out soon. Fingers crossed.

When Ella’s birthday arrives her world is thrown into chaos and as she is forced from her home and into a world she doesn't know Ella will need to accept the truth before her, of risk endangering herself and those sworn to protect her. Can Ella learn to control the changes and embrace her powers or will the evil that has been following her strike before she has a chance!

This is a different story to what I'd normally read. Here we meet Ella who doesn't know that she is a very powerful witch. Dominic is the leader of Guardians and Ella's mate. I found the story a bit confusing in places, we don't really get to know anything about Ella until half way through the book. But I must admit that that's what kept me reading the book. I just wanted to know about her. I enjoyed the plot, it is a great idea, something different. Well done Sam Potter being it your first book. Will definitely read book 2.
