Live Your Happiest is a light, encouraging guide with practical reminders that echo A Course in Miracles teachings.

Maria has a warm, upbeat voice, and her intention to help others live a suffering free life is clear! For someone new to ACIM or spiritual mindset work, this book could be incredibly uplifting!

The reason for 4 stars : As someone more seasoned in ACIM, I found the book to be more surface-level than I’d hoped. (This could be because I know the depth behind it).

Also, there were moments where I wished she had explored more of the emotional and psychological depth behind real-life challenges.

For example, when discussing her relationship with her husband, the narrative leaned toward taking full responsibility through shifting her own perception, which is completely valid and in alignment with ACIM teachings. However, it didn’t explore the importance of accountability or healthy boundaries, which I felt could leave room for misinterpretation.

I’m not judging her relationship at all, and I trust she shared what felt true to her experience. 💖 Still, it left me wondering if some readers might walk away with the impression that discernment isn’t necessary, even in situations where it absolutely is.

Forgiveness and perception shifts are incredibly powerful tools, but in my view, they’re most effective when balanced with self-honoring and emotional clarity, especially in the context of complex or challenging relationships.

That said, the book still carries a beautiful message, and for the right reader, it may be exactly the gentle push toward happiness they need!!

I couldn’t put the book down. Being Maria’s husband, I’ve seen firsthand that she truly walks the talk—and Live Your Happiest is a clear reflection of that. What I love most is the clarity of her message and how practical it is. She makes deep spiritual truths easy to understand and apply in daily life.

This book is filled with loving guidance, realness, and powerful tools to help anyone stop suffering and return to peace. Whether you’re new to the spiritual path or have been on it for years, this is a must-read. It’s real, relatable, and full of heart—just like Maria herself.
