Would have been 4 stars but
I enjoyed this book and all of this author's other books. It would've gotten 4 stars - but then, the FMC had a TSTL moment. I think these are a lazy way for an author to create more drama and was pretty disappointed by it. Otherwise, it was a pretty good story.

Sweet Romance
Those Violet Eyes: Endurance by Jean L. Kuhnke. This was a little different from the other stories. It covered some violent indignant crimes against women. Grace was a product of this done to her mother. It's an emotional story one that happy ending we all look for.

life can be cruel
Trusting in God is there for us to hold into. Even in time of trouble and evil we can hold on to God. He is our comforter and healer, all things are possible with God. Enjoy this author and her books. If you have never read her books you’re in for a treat.

I think I will reread this book, so I gave it 5 ⭐.

It's a Christian historical clean book with lovely characters and a believable story.

Fantastic story
I have really been impressed with the work of this Author, she continues to write great stories with hidden meanings from the Bible. These are must read books.

Really good story.
I really enjoyed this story a lot. I liked the characters and each of their stories. It was a quick read and I’m pretty sure it’s one I’ll read again.

This is the story of love
My rating was based on the story keeping my interest . The story did not drag, dialogue was entertaining. The dialogue was written in the style of the times and for the areas of the country. All in all a very enjoyable book.

What a beautiful Christian love story! Please don't forget the tissues but the author keeps you in suspense till the very end. Love the characters.

Great book.!
Jean Kuhnke is by far one of the best short story writer's I have read. The character's were well written and the story was good from first page to the end.

Sweet. Reminiscent of Grace Livingston Hill. Some word usage issues, but it wasn't enough to lesson my enjoyment of the story. Overall enjoyed the story.
