The only part of this book worth reading was the “Bonus Features” chapter at the end of the book. This chapter basically summarizes the rest of the book for you without all the fluff, and gives you apps to help maintain phone usage. I have already implemented a lot of the strategies found in this book though and was hoping to find something new.
