If you desire to do some serious soul searching. To stop being held back by your past. To forgive those who have hurt you, including yourself, in order to move forward. To get to the root of why you do some things or react in certain ways. To dig deep & uncover buried wounds. And SOOOO much more, this is the book. Was it an easy study? No. Did I cry a lot? Yes. Was I able to find freedom in areas? Praise the Lord - Yes. I’m now equipped with better knowledge on how to overcome things & not be held captive by the enemies lies.
