I’m becoming so delusional when it comes to the reemergence of Carter Jones that it’s sick. Bring my man back, I’m tired of the games. His resurrection doesn’t even have to make sense at this point 😩just bring him back.
Now the way book 1 ended, I should have known the ending of this one was going to wreck me per usual! And the fact that Jaquavis left 2 of my favorites fate in limbo left me speechless. Some of my anticipations were dead wrong, I was definitely wrong with what I mentally said about Flower. I just knew I had it figured out lol… Cary Hite did great with the narration, but I expected nothing less! He always gives us a good audiobook experience.
Can’t wait for book 3, I need to know what’s going on with my people. Cuz right now I am shook!
This book wasn't what I expected, it's was to calm for me when murdering was lurking around everywhere. There's gonna be some unfortunate death that I'm feeling at the moment (hoping my feelings are deceiving me frfr), this can't be the end for sure!
i expected so much more being that it was the 2nd installment. took me forever to get into it as well and just as it started to pick up it ended. definitely disappointed
Big fan of The Cartel. Really all Jaquavis’ work. This book got me in a chokehold. It was milder than I thought it would be and I just knew this was the last installment for this piece. I’m glad to see there is another book coming!
This book was well written. It was soooo good that I couldn’t put it down. Thank you so much for keeping the Cartel story going. I can’t wait for book!!!!!!!!!
As long as I waited for part two, for it to end like that. Ugh now the wait for part three. The agony of not knowing CJ and Aries actual fate is nerve wrecking.
