What happens when you decide on a title and someone offers to write a first chapter? Then someone else picks up the baton to write the second chapter and so on? What you end up with is a story written by several authors, each with their own style and twist. Will it all make sense in the end? Find out how The Unexpected Email starts off as a science fiction space opera and ends up on a devastated earth in a once scenic Bedfordshire in this roller coaster ride of a Round Robin writing exercise.

Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).
If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.
Note: WorldCat is an excellent resource for finding author information and contents of anthologies.
