This book tells the true meaning of Christmas accompanied by paintings. There are many beautiful pieces of artworks, including The Annunciation, attributed to Jan Van Eyck, The Adoration of the Shepherds, by Andrea Mantegna, Nativity with the Annunciation tot the Shepherds, follower of Jan Joest, The Adoration of the Magi, by Giovanni di Paol, and The flight into Egypt, by Cosimo Tura.
This book would be good for anyone who likes to read about Christmas, or those with an interest in Art history, as the book is also has snippets about the paintings.
