I love the fluff of the Inquisition in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. These men and women dedicated to the survival of the Imperium and forced to take sometimes very drastic measures to do so. Their convictions are strong though their sanity is surely one of the many prices they pay to pursue their work for the greater good of humanity. While I did not feel that this codex was as exciting as the older Codex: Daemonhunters and Codex: Witchhunters, I still found it to be an enjoyable read (I especially like the brief description of the opposing Inquisition factions- the Orginatus and the Redactus). On a somewhat related note, I run a long standing Dark Heresy/Deathwatch campaign.
