Have just bought this for my husband who is also complaining about work - I reasoned that the author's other book - 100 Things is so damn good that his red and black book might well be what the doctor ordered. It seems to be detailed enough to help my engineer husband to finally work out how to be a great leader, employee, colleaeague and to stop coming home so downbeat and depressed all the time.
This book has toured my office with at least two colleagues also buying hard copies and others getting the ebook.
We use the author' 50 secrets as a kind of quide to what it is that we as a management team need to do more of, less of, stop doing, start doing and/or doing differently.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is leading a team and is looking to improve their performance, engagement and motivation.
Helped me to perform better at work and change teams culture. Good book to read. Changes your thinking about work and how others think about you at work
Read the English version of this great book - a really helpful guide to all of us in the workplace - with advice and tips on all kinds of working challenges we face
