I really thought this a good book with well developed plot and characters. I think real life comes alive in this book. Deep emotions when one betrayal leads to a feeling of unworthiness., just to be betrayed once again because you want to believe in someone. Love does exist if you are willing to drop the walls built to protect the heart. J. GREAT!

An excellent read for any woman who has been hurt in a relationship. Angelique looks for love but doesn't want to be in a position where she would get hurt again. Taking care of her family is of course her first priority. Learning how to trust is very hard after you've been replaced by someone you could never compete with. Highly recommend this book!
