"What I found interesting about the book was its focus on narrowing to 4 key areas for strategies used to "reinvent the patient experience." What I wished was different was the summary section at the end of the book, which was done in an "interview -- question and answer" format with the various C-suite executives from the represented hospitals. (The approach felt disjointed and not as easy to follow as if it was summarized in narrative form.)"
