Mountain Roads and Quiet Places: A Complete Guide to the Roads of Great Smoky Mountains National Park by Jerry DeLaughter (Great Smoky Mountains Natural History Association 1986)(917.6889). This has since been retitled Smokies Road Guide. This book is simply a map of the park in book form with information about many of the roadside historical attractions. My rating: 7/10, finished 2010.
