Bee pollen is “the stuff of which life is made.” p111 - A fascinating read with historical documentation and research studies that illustrate how bee pollen alone can be a life-sustainer. I ran right out and got the family bee pollen to incorporate into our daily diets to improve skin, digestion, prostate health and overall virility and longevity. I feel like we’ll live healthy...and forever. 🐝

It was very interesting from all the amazing facts about bee pollen and it’s benefits. Written in the early 70’s and a lot of knowledge from such a simple yet complex super food. Highly recommend for those who are bee keepers knowing your products.
