As the pastor of a turnaround church myself, it is refreshing to have someone put into words not only the spiritual mandate of bringing a local church back from decline, but the practical "how to" as well. Hudnall's book should become a manual for every turnaround pastor. Read it. Digest it. Share it with your board and your staff. Refer to it often as a checklist for success. Well-researched, well-written. A Godsend for one of the most difficult tasks in ministry!

Todd shares from personal experience and research the ins and outs of church transformation. He gives an incredible Biblical perspective of revitalization in the first two chapters. This is an excellent book for church leaders looking to turnaround their church.

A great book for turnaround leaders. We read each part at our monthly board meeting, and it was helpful for perspective and guidance. It is definitely written like an academic paper and needs some editing, but the content was worth it.
