A very instructional and brief history of the beginnings of Tai Chi and the movements in the different styles.

I wish the pictures were a bit more...aesthetic (that's a joke) but to be honest I picked up the book after re-watching Avater: the Last Airbender and wanting to be just a bit more like the benders of each of the nations.
Sure, I looked funky trying to replicate the moves alone in my bedroom, but reading the history behind the movements brings a bit more clarity to the series itself and the distinct, stylized way of fighting the fire, earth, water, and air nations bring to the table.

So, in short, if you're a fan of ATLA, the book is similar to a bending scroll.
Useful if you know what you're doing and interesting if you don't.
