Makunouchi prepares for his next match, as does Itagaki. Takamura goes on a trip around Japan, causing lots of funny moments.
And then Makunouchi's match with Karasawa starts....

"A viagem de Takamura" foi uma abordagem interessante. Bom que a narrativa do mangá muda de tempos em tempos e dá uma leveza. Apesar dos treinas das lutas ocuparem um grande parte das páginas, dá uma revigorada esses alívos cômicos.

Once again, 'Hajime no Ippo' reminds me of the importance of approaching challenges with a "newbie mindset." I love how this volume highlights Ippo’s evolving preparation, especially his focus on adapting his strategy against opponents who can counter the Dempsey Roll. The attention to detail in his training, along with the intensity of the fights, kept me hooked from start to finish. As usual, the jaw-dropping artwork and dynamic spreads were a visual treat!

What I like:

>> Ippo continues to evolve, and it was interesting to see him take a different approach to his training this time around. Using his prize money to invest in logs as part of his regimen really shows his dedication. I appreciate how this series consistently emphasizes hard work and innovation, even for someone as skilled as Ippo. I wish I have this mindset!
>> Can we take a moment to appreciate Sendo’s grandmother’s chonky cat?
>> Seeing Coach Kamogawa start to think about Ippo’s potential on the international stage.
>> That spread where Ippo cornered Karasawa and delivered that devastating body blow!
