Akira is Wraith baby girl. He isn’t too happy about her seeing one of the Swift Angels. But Akira isn’t about to let her father or the Reapers stand in her way. Her mother always told her to go with what was in her heart. And her heart was telling her that Logan was the one. Logan knows all about the Reapers. Dawson was Venom’s son and still a Reaper. But Dawson created the Swift Angels and they were making a difference. He knew to stay away but Akira was the one. Now these two have to keep the peace between both MCs. But things are going to get really bad before it gets better.

Ok, what is going on? You would think the Reapers would be ok with the Angels since Dawson smoothed things over with his folks. Guess it is going to take more time together and talking to fix this. And one heck of a shocker and twist. I did not see that coming. The past reared its head and threw everything into total chaos. And OMG, Tank and then Venom. I mean, this can’t be happening. The Reapers have had enough grieve. I was shocked to read about Tank and then {BAM} Venom and then Justin. OMG, I just want to sit on the floor and cry. Justin needed to pull through for his daughter Kelsey. Ridley having to deal possibly losing Venom. COME ON! Now I want to know what happens. “Reclaiming Venom” is going to break me I know it.

Akira, of the Dixie Reaper MC, is in love with Logan, of the Swift Angels MC. Perfect, right? Wrong? These two MC are actually enemies. Swift Angels MC is made up of first responders who believe in following the law. The Dixie Reaper MC not only fudge the line of the law or bend the law, they downright break it! They just make sure there is no evidence so that they are never caught.

Akira and Logan know that their relationship will not be accepted, or tolerated, by their respective clubs, so they keep their meetings as clandestine as possible. You know how that goes! All secrets eventually come to light. Akira's father hits the roof when he finds out. Logan deals mostly with warnings about how this isn't going to work. However, everything gets even more complicated when Logan starts to get threatening text messages from an unknown number. Akira ends up having to stand up to her father because he tried to run her life and control who she sees even though she is 25 years old!

A great story of strength during adversity, love overcoming rivalry, two MC having to recognize and accept that nothing is black and white....that gray exists and you may have to accept and learn to live with it, that rivals can work together for the greater good. Love truly can conquer all.

This is the second book in the Swift Angels MC series, and it's another excellent novel by Harvey Wylde. Expanding into a new generation/direction is a fantastic choice, providing a fresh perspective from a different angle, but enabling us to have little glimpses of our favourite Dixie Reapers.

This is the story of Akira (the daughter of Rin and Wraith),and Logan, a Swift Angel MC member who works as a paramedic. Their relationship is filled with both highs and lows, showcasing the challenges they face together. With plenty of drama and action, the narrative includes some intense and risky situations.

You'll love Akira, a spirited and outspoken young woman who, empowered by her love for Logan, becomes even stronger when faced with adversity from all directions. Logan is a strong and stable presence supporting his partner, while also shining with his strengths. This story is not to be missed!

I am absolutely loving reading about all the Reapers’ kids. I love seeing how the dynamics of the club and its members have changed. I love how Akira is strong willed and isn’t cowering to her dad. She’ll go head to head with anyone so she can live the life she wants. She’s unapologetic about that. Now for what I’m not a fan of. I hate how the originals are treating their children for wanting to live their lives. The prejudice they have towards people who want to walk the straight and narrow is uncalled for. As it’s touched on in the book it’s all because of one person. They don’t like it when they’re stereotyped against but they’re stereotyping everyone not in the club. I’m glad the clubs were forced to work together and realize they have similar goals. The way this book ended though! Ms Wylde, I’m going to need to know what’s happening next ASAP!

By all practicality their relationship should have been doomed but Logan and Akira love for each other rose above their MC families. Logan's MC is about staying on the right side of the law and the Dixie Reapers although they don't deal in illegal things now it won't stop them from taking someone out if they become a threat. With that in mind Akira's father has made it known that if Logan hurt's his little girl there will be hell to pay, and it looks like it is coming from the threats that Akira has start to receive. Will Logan's MC and the Dixie Reapers be able to keep her safe and take care of the threat coming at them. This action-packed story is filled with suspenseful twists and turns that kept me glued to the pages.

When they think they finally have the all clear trouble comes in a huge way and blindsides both clubs. Emergency Date is a great, intense, suspenseful, dramatic story filled with lots of love and family.

This is book two in the Swift Angels MC series. This is Akira and Logan's story.
Akira is a Dixie Reaper princess and Logan belongs to the Swift Angels MC. They should not be together, they should not be falling in love, they should not have to choose between each other and family, they should not have to keep their love a secret....Yet there they are, doing all of those while trying to fight for each other.
This was such a great story of love, family, friendship and compromise.

A modern day Romeo and Juliet, MC style! Akira and Logan are from polar opposite clubs, a one percenter and a first responder respectfully. They shouldn't have crossed paths much less fell in love. So they keep it a secret. But what is kept in the dark will eventually be brought to light. I love seeing a different kind of MC and how they reacted to the forbidden romance. Such a wonderful couple, their devotion to each other melted my heart!

Logan and Akira’s relationship could have been doomed from the beginning. But they never gave up on finding a way to be together. Two MC’s with completely different paths created a bridge to help each other defend their clubs and families. It was a great story with great characters that you will fall in love with. Nine chapters in and we are still having the same exact convo. “Two different words” blah blah blah morally grey vs goody two shoes. Come on Harley don’t become mediocre and sloppily shove out blah books for $$$$. So disappointing

The second book in the Swift Angels series had many twist and turns. Logan and Akira hide their relationship from everyone and it when it comes out the ripples and fall out for both clubs is far reaching Wraith is a total butthead where his daughter is concerned. The shocking events in this book turn will send long time Reaper fan reeling. Buckle buttercups we are in for some exciting times!

In a way, it was like Romeo and Juliet. Akira is Wraith's daughter, and he is not happy with his daughter dating a goody-to-shoes, Logan, who is patched with the Swift Angels MC. But even with so many people telling them not to date each other, they don't give up on each other, and this is a nice slow burn story to read.
