The last thing that wolf shifter Willow expects when she moves into her new house is the handsome ghost who comes along with it, but after five years living together Theo has proven to be equal parts smart-mouthed and swoon-worthy. Most importantly, he’s proven to be a trip to the afterlife beyond her reach.
Despite occasional moments of pining for what could never be, Willow has settled into her new pack and found what she hadn’t known she was peace. That peace threatens to come crumbling down when the Alpha from her childhood pack appears out of the blue asking for her help.
As Willow embarks on her journey alongside the Alpha from her past and the ghost from her present, she finds herself caught between the love she can have and the love that could haunt her until the end of her days.
Ghosted by Love is a Valentine's Day, semi-cozy, paranormal romance that's perfect for readers who love found family, friends to lovers, shifters, and a cinnamon roll MMC who bakes cinnamon rolls.
I love a surprise and this has been one of my favourites! Since I read Forgotten Ashes, I read anything Kathryn writes. Even in a super sweet Valentine’s Day romance there’s mysterious twists and turns, pining, angst and the plot is just so good, you’ll devour every bite.
Theo is top tier, his banter is so good and for Willow he’s set the ‘boyfriend’ standards high but unfortunately for Willow he’s just a tad ghostly. Regardless of where the plot takes Willow he is always by her side and we love a supportive‘ I’ll give him a heart attack for you’ man.
Willow has found a new home, new family and new bestie and now some new drama. I love how she fights for her friends, whether ghostly or not, and has a strong heart of gold. This story is a crucial stepping stone in her life to decide what she wants and to put the past to rest.
I loved every second of this ❤️ please my Beck and Arya have a book too?? I need to know!
Not all of you know this, but Kathryn Covens and I are sometimes eerily the same person. Despite a sizable age gap, we have some of the same favorite nostalgic book series. And most of them are paranormal. It’s our bread and butter.
Thus, I knew I’d love Ghosted by Love. A werewolf rejected from her home pack, who finds a ghost that can only haunt her? And he learns how to bake just to make cinnamon rolls for her? Be still, my heart.
This was my kind of story. It’s cozy, but not too cozy. Angsty with a mystery. Funny one-liners from our resident ghosty. And last but not least…the ultimate trope in paranormal romance: fated mates.
No spice, but don’t worry, there is plenty of romance! And while this is a standalone, I already want more. Beck and Arya are calling my name.
Gahhh that was so cute and so much fun. I absolutely loved Theo and Willow and their story. This was a fairly quick and cozy read filled with some tension, some mystery and a lot of banter.
I really enjoyed the little twist we got. I figured something was coming but the way it unraveled was so well done and I didn't see it coming until right before it hit me in the face.
I'm hoping this isn't the end of this world. I neeeeed Beck and Arya's story, pleaseandthankyou.
Ghosted by Love was exactly what my heart needed after finishing Onyx Storm (finally, I know 🫣) This short novel was such an amusing and banter-worthy book. Shifter Willow and Ghost Theo live together, so what could possibly go wrong?? Kathryn’s ability to create pining and such depth in characters is amazing. When the past starts showing up on their doorstep, Willow and Theo need decide on how they want the future to look—together or separate?? What can I say, this book was a 5/5 for me!
Obsessed. Love every single bit of this book. Kathryn is an amazing writer.
Truly Willow and Theo have my whole heart. The jealousy, the pining, the slow burn. All of it had me finishing the book in a day.

Shifters, Ghosts, & Witches Cinnamon Roll MMC Friends to Lovers Found Family Semi-Cozy Paranormal Romance Small Town (Pack) Life Quick Valentine’s Day Read
Snatched this book up the second it released. So incredibly fun, the twist and turns were fabulous. I love this couple, the pining fro a ghost is chef's kiss and I love the "will they-won't they" of it all. Plus, we love a wolf protective of her friends. 10/10, get you a ghost who makes you cinnamon rolls.
What a cute little paranormal romance! This is perfect for Halloween. A murder mystery, a snarky ghost, and a love triangle between said ghost and two wolf shifters makes for an engaging and interesting story. Kathryn’s a great writer - I giggled at some of her very clever lines. Plus, the cover is adorable, and it’s a quick read at less than 250 pages.
This was such a cute read! I loved the mystery undertones in the plot and the humor of the MMC, Theo. The interactions between he and the FMC, Willow, were perfection. If you’re looking for a sweet, lighthearted paranormal romance, this is it!
Adorable, romcom sweet, cozy, shifter/ghost paranormal mystery. Would’ve never thought I’d put those words together in a review 😂 more a 3.5 than a 4 just because it’s shorter and less in depth but perfectly satisfying and enjoyable. A nice and easy palate cleanser.
Really cute no spice romance with a solid plot and fun characters. I really enjoyed dynamic between Willow, our shifter FMC, and Theo, our ghost MMC. Theo, with his golden retriever vibes, had me kicking me feet throughout the book.
This is perfect book when you just need good vibes.
Willow is a strong, independent FMC. Theo is an enchanting MMC. There’s mystery, suspense, and a couple of fabulous twists. What more could you want in a quick Valentine’s read? I definitely recommend this to any paranormal romance reader. It’s an especially good palate cleanser for between series.
I loved this book so much. It is perfect for Valentine’s Day and I think everyone should give this cute fun book a try when you in a slump and need a cute fun book to read. I can’t wait to read the second book in this author series and to see whatever else books come out by this author. I lover her writing so much it’s so beautiful ❤️👻
An absolute cozy Valentine's read that was easy to read, kept me turning pages, and made me literally giggle and kick my feet at the sweet moments throughout!
