About the author

Diego Lucas has always felt a deep connection to the ancient world, with a particular fascination for Egypt. Inspired by Tomb Raider and The Mummy (1999), he once dreamt of becoming an archaeologist. However, upon realising that books allowed him to create his own expeditions, he chose the path of writing instead.

From an early age, Diego nurtured a passion for reading, which soon evolved into a desire to tell his own stories. At the age of 12, he created his first character, Alex Canyon, giving life to The Scarabs of Seth – the novel that marked the beginning of his journey as a writer.

Ler esse livro e foi uma experiência incrível! A história me prendeu do início ao fim, com aquele equilíbrio perfeito entre ação, mistério e descobertas históricas fascinantes. Cada novo capítulo me fazia querer ler o próximo sem parar, e adorei como a trama mistura lugares exóticos, mitologia e personagens tão marcantes. A conexão entre a Bolívia e o Egito foi uma surpresa genial, e as reviravoltas deixaram a leitura ainda mais emocionante.
