Degradation
Salvation, like love, comes in many forms.
With the curse binding the brothers broken, Kellen is determined to free her sister. To do so, she must find a powerful caster in the great city of Adele.
But in a city ruled by an evil queen, where people vanish without a trace, Kellen soon realizes not everything is as it seems. The most powerful casters are hiding, and the people cower in fear of the crown.
To save the men she loves and free the imprisoned city, Kellen must break free from the rules she’s known and embrace who she is meant to be.

Wow! Just truly, wow!
I didn't think Haag could write a story that I'd enjoy as much or more as "The Beastly Tales", but goodness was I wrong! Kellen's story is nothing short of fantastically magical. Literally. All three books in "Tales of Snow" are magnificent, but the conclusion in "Degradation" is absolute perfection. Haag found a way to make it not feel rushed, while still quickly bringing us, her readers, a very plausible, and brilliant, explanation for Kellen learning such a vast amount in such a short time. The series is written in such a way that each brother has his own unique personality, and none of them outshines the others. It's very easy to understand how Kellen can love each and every one of them. The intimate scenes are extremely passionate and arousing. They're so well written, and the progression of Kellen's acceptance, comfort levels, and power are so well done. The ending was a wonderful way to tie together Kellen's and Eloise's stories. The love and acceptance in this book is breathtaking. MJ Haag once again proves just how outstanding an author she is. I'm so sad that this story is over, but I'm looking forward to next she plans to write set in this amazing fairy tale universe!

First of all, what is that title?? I can’t think of a single reason why this book would be titled Degradation, considering the “dark” aspects of this story were tiptoed around. The world-building finally saw a boost in this installment, but overall this trilogy has been rather dull. It never truly committed to the dark nature of a Brothers Grimm story or the whimsical nature of a Disney retelling, instead straddling a weak line between the two. None of the love interests distinguished themselves from the others in any meaningful way, either, so no excitement there. I ended up skimming a bit towards the end just to see how things would wrap up (spoiler alert: anticlimactic).
Note to the characters: You have GOT to start killing people.

good ending
This was a great third installment to round out the trilogy. It was also by far the spiciest of the three books!
I liked the ending and the way the book didn’t feel rushed to come to completion and round out all of the various plot points. The trilogy as a whole was worth the read!

(HEA)ted action
What a great ending!! This retelling of Snow White was such a unique experience! Haag really knows how to build a world and plot it out and people it with great characters. I would love any more stories from this world.

I can not wait for the next retelling that you do. I love them so much. This is the best snow white retelling I have read.

Loved the ending
I think as much as I loved Benella and Eloise's books, Kellen's series was my favorite in this world. At least so far. It was such a satisfying ending and there was so much character growth and healing. I hope the author decides to write more fairytales with the other "sisters."
