This book is about how soldiers find their ways home or signal other soldiers for help. It shows how the u.s soldiers use it and other army's use it. The title helped and it made sense. I liked how the book gave lots of helpful tips on how to get home in a unknown area. I also think this book is academic. I would recommend this book to people who like to hike or people who are thinking about joining the army.
