I was pleasantly surprised by all of these recipes having never tried food from Czechia!
Evie includes a fascinating history of the country and the evolution of their food evolution.
This book is really great if you love hearty, warm recipes which are easy to make and tasty.
I’ve gotten to make quite a few of these recipes and I really enjoyed the traditional Karlovy Vary (bread) dumplings and Mushroom & Dill Soup.
