A charming little look into the inner thoughts of a quirky house cat! Perfect book for cat lovers!

The best book series for cat owners. This book is absolutely amazing for any and all cat parents especially if you have an orange kitty (if you know, you know) Orange cats are a breed of their own seriously. I read this book with my two kids as a bed time story spread out over several days. We shared so many giggles while reading this book as we saw so much of our own cat throughout this book. We would start reading and then spend so much time afterwards talking about all our own cat teaches us.
This book is beautifully written and you can really feel that author's love for cats in each and every word she writes. She does a phenomenal job of capturing what I am sure all our cats are secretly thinking/doing. My kids especially loved the parts where Pumpkin teaches us how to properly catch a string as well as how to get more food because cats are forever hungry. We will definitely be adding the other books in this series to read aloud we do as a family.

Life by Pumpkin A Cats Teachings is a must read for any cat parent. Reading it felt like the closest I will ever get to knowing whats going on inside my own cats minds.

There were so many moments where I caught myself thinking OMG yes my cat does that too or even I do/ think that too. It’s so relatable if you share your life with a cat.

Pumpkin’s adventures are entertaining and endearing but what really resonated with me was the love. You can feel it in every chapter. This was not just someone writing about a cat. This was someone honoring him.

Tortellini and Azlan absolutely approve of this book. And especially Azlan. Orange cat energy is very real and Pumpkin had it in the best way.

How cute was this!

A Cat's Teachings is the third installment in the Pumpkin series where our beloved feline friend shares his wisdom on all things cat, including how to catch a string, how to survive a vet appointment, how to ensure you always have a steady food supply, and of course, how to raise a mouse army and take over the world.

It was nice to hear Pumpkin's voice again and return to his world. If you have cats or love animals, you will enjoy this adorable book from Pumpkin's point of view.
