Now a completed series! Books 1-3 are available in omnibus format!
Every beginning must have an end.
Ty has come to the edge of what's possible, having accomplished the unthinkable and outgrown his very reality. But he's done so as the Monster God and her allies near victory. For all of his power, Ty is just one man - and she has had thousands of years to prepare for her invasion.
Two worlds rest in the balance, with mere hours before both will be beyond recovery.
Whatever happens next, the Resonance Cycle is over.
Finally, we have gone through a lot, a topsy turvy way of telling Ty's story, from a complete nobody to one of the most powerful force in this Universe, if not the most powerful entity, such a shame that the excitement and story telling dipped, I was really saddened that we could not even glimpse what will happen to Ty, maybe this is a good thing though, if Mr. Renfroe will be doing another series, at least everything will be new, and that feeling of being at the lowest rung climbing up again, well that is what made me follow and finish this series. The Resonance is over, time for PRIME story telling!!!!!
This series has been a beautiful whirlwind! From watching Ty train up from nothing and first enter the God war, to NOW.... (not spoilers! Lol) I'm happy with where this series ended, but I also hoping we get to see Ty again in the larger multiverse the author hinted at. This series was my first introduction to RPG Lit, and so it holds a special place in my heart. I can't wait to see what's next. Thanks for the wild ride Mr. Renfroe!!
I was completely enthralled by the Resonance War series from beginning to end, drawn in by its compelling details. The main character's struggles and unique personality felt incredibly real, and I was deeply invested in his transformation from an isolated individual to someone who cherishes his relationships. This series offered a fantastic and emotionally resonant experience, and I'm eager to follow Ty on further adventures.
This was a very tastefully done closure to this series. Proper time was given to falling action and farewells. There's a lot that's teased at the very end of the book, which gives us a lot to look forward to. I imagine this series will remain one of my favorite installments in this genre of literature.
A good ending to the cycle, albeit the wrap-up was a bit extended. I was wondering how the author was going to scrape together a win for the MC's faction after the last couple of books, but he managed it.
Not sure if this will get spun off or extended in some way, but I feel it's better left here; we don't need answers to everything.
An amazing end to a great series. Wrapped up beautifully, left me wanting more while simultaneously left me wow satisfied. 10/10 would recommend and will end up re-reading the series at some point. Quite possibly one of if not the best series wrap ups I've read.
Most of the contents on the web are pretty shallow. This series gets a bit convoluted here and there but it is certainly worth the time and effort invested.
I laughed. I cried. I got mad. I cried some more. What a powerful ending to a masterful saga. Hopefully some day we will get a story about Ty in his new adventure.
