January 31, 2021An excellent resource for anyone researching North Korea. The translations of Kim Il Sung's speeches into English are very good and the selections provide a window into the evolution of North Korean policy, that is how it shifted from a people's democracy in which "the people" excluded only those Koreans who had collaborated with the Japanese to a system in which dissenting views were unacceptable.
