Great course that is full of useful information and strategies. This finished my classroom portion of my masters and was definitely ended on a strong note. Having an idea of how things should be doesn’t make change. The strategies discussed in this book heal map a way to instituting effective changes in healthcare. Now off to the internship! Cheers!
