Me and My Dope Boy #3

Me & My Dope Boy 3

In the final installment, the second generation of King men set out to prove themselves once and for all. Coming to grips with the fact that their latest enemy is undefeated just like them, the boys prepare for the worst. For the first time, their enemies have no problem going for the jugular, or in other words, attacking the harmless loved ones of the Kings. Will they come out on top like expected? Or will they become overwhelmed, causing the original King brothers to show up and show out?

Too much Killing….

The guys were sloppy. They killed anyone associated with their wives or them in any bad way. And not one police investigation. There was definitely an obvious pattern. I’m talking ppl who their wives were seen in public with. Too unrealistic. Tone some killing down, it takes away from the book, I eventually would skip over all killings which was almost every chapter. And they got enemies too easy and all enemies were crybabies and weak. Some were street just like them but were written to be crybabies at the time of killings! None were a challenge. Then all the women were weak. Accepting proposals right after being cheated on or right after a major hit to the relationship. Somehow getting engaged fixed the problems. The girls would annoy me when they thought it was smart to keep quiet about something serious from their murderous husbands. Like Gianna and her boss. She annoyed me keeping quiet about it because his death was inevitable. I mean what’s one more murder behind the everyday murders they already do.

Long series

I loved the characters., but the series it was drawn out. I truly loved those "K" men. Gianna was a good waiting on KJ. Shannon was immature. I know you are going to do spin offs with the kids or younger siblings . Great work again...

Overall this was a decent series but it also one of my least favorite by Shvonne. The MCs are very annoying to the point that had to remind myself that they were young. MMCs did not respect their women. And the Women did not respect themselves. Ain’t no way some chick can be posted up on social media with my HUSBAND hugged up and all he can say is “we’re just friends” and that would be the end of the conversation. The fact that ole girl tried to compare herself to his wife showed me that she thought she meant a lot more to him. Like you’re basically taking care of this girl that you just met and was so thirsty for you. Chick basically got on her knees begging. Yeah no Willow deserved a better explanation than he gave. This fool kissed her in the mouth yeah no. He felt that since he didn’t have sex with her that everything he was okay. But if the roles were reversed that man would have blown a gasket. But okay. It’s like they thought that if they didn’t cheat physically that it made them good men. The only half decent was khaleeni. Idk I did not care for these folks.

JUST OK

It was just okay. I was looking for the beef between both parties to turn up crazy. Sadly, this book focused much on the relationships not the the beef. It would've been nice to maximize on the Jersey boys instead of giving a brief of all 3 brother's death. It would've been nice to read encounters among both groups...actual dialog. I would have loved to see the sister actually kidnapped...something. This book doesn't really follow thw synopsis. It also would've been nice to introduce the Paine brothers early in the book and gave more of a story with them. Just my opinion. If another book produces from the Paine's perspective and what happened in the view of Lucky, it'll be good.ijs

Also, it'll be nice to know how Tamal always knew where Ashia was.

It was cool to read about the next generation of the King family. I will say they didn’t stress me too bad like their fathers when it came to their relationships, but that could be because they learned from their mistakes. I will say it turned out to be way easy to conquer the Paine brothers. I thought they would’ve put up a harder fight, which would have made things a bit more interesting.

Kendrin and that whole situation with ol’ girl that was helping them out, pissed me off. I also wished Kenzie would’ve been more understanding of where Shannon was coming from when she spoke about her peace being disturbed because of his actions, he could’ve reacted better. Nonetheless, everyone got their happily ever afters, so good for them.

Nice very nice

This series was so lit 🔥. The king boys always come out on top. U really didn't wanna live when u take from them. And idk what Duck was thinking, snatching on A like he lost his mind. She told him from the start that she got somebody and she wasn't interested. Then that boss man did what he tried to do to my girl, now ur taking a dirt nap from my baby kj. U did good on yet another book and I'm looking forward to reading more of them. sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and while eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read.

Great series!

This series finale was awesome it was well written and had great character development and growth. Three generations of King men and they still reigned supreme. There were times when each of them and their girlfriends really got on my nerves, but in the end they really got it together. I’d definitely recommend this series to read!

Me & My Dope Boys

Hunty these kids didn't come to play. I just knew the fathers were about to come out of retirement if one more child got hurt. Kendrin should have never entertained old girl cause she was doing the most 🤣

Don't want to say goodbye

This is one series I don't want to see end. I fell in love with them KING men starting with the dad's and to go on this journey with the next generation as been just as much of a joy. One thing you can't deny about all the KING men is that they go hard in the paint especially for the ones they love. This book just like the others was a CERTIFIED BANGER and I hate that it came to a end. I pray that Shvonne gives us another book. Them Kings will forever be bedded in my HEART.

Great series ending

This was a great series. Those King men are something else. They always come through. They took me on s journey starting with book 1, and boy what a journey it was. They definitely go hard, especially for the ones they love. I really hate to see this series end, but like the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. I'm anxious to see what this author comes up with next.

HATE TO SEE THIS SERIES END !!!

The author is a amazing storytelling. The Kings men's offspring is just a deadly as their parents. All the characters are well and shown growth in each installment. I was hooked from the very first page. I could not put this book down until I read the very last page. I have really enjoyed this series. This is a good read I highly recommend it.

Second Generation of King's

The second generation just proved they were just as ruthless as their father's. Glad Shannon finally got over her childish ways and finally let Kenzi love her.
