A simplified analysis of how four different Myers-Briggs personality types write differently and how to use these types in the workplace to create good teams and solid results. Though simple, some interesting food for thought.

This book helps appreciate the different ways in which people go about the writing process. As an NF personality, I've generally taken criticism too personally, which has been detrimental to my development as a writer. This book helped me be more at ease with a variety of critique styles.
