Your energy flow never stops and never rests. Every living thing on the planet, big or small, has the Five Element Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water guiding their every movement. You were born with a particular mix of these Five Element energies in a certain order called your Elemental Energy type. This book was so much fun to read that when I got to the end I just flipped back and started right in again! It was filled with moments where, I swear, the authors must have been reading my mind or they must know every one of my friends and relatives intimately.
Herman and McElroy help you jump right to he heart of ancient Chinese philosophy, called the Five Elements--the part that is super fun and exciting! They teach you how to go beyond the everyday hum-drum of existing and get you excited about expressing the truth of who you are--not changing it! You can't help but start to love yourself and the people in your life.
I think the authors have successfully created their own genre with this one...Elemental Energy, ancient Chinese wisdom, self acceptance, healing, and humor all dominate this little book.
