In her coaching and psychology business, Dr. Dana works with individuals and executives on areas related to relationships, personal and professional boundaries, career challenges, leadership development, self-care, and midlife transitions. Dr. Gionta is the co-author of the book “From Stressed to Centered: A Practical Guide to a Healthier and Happier You,” and speaks nationally on topics related to Boundaries in the Workplace, Work/Life balance, Employee Wellbeing and Self-renewal.

This book has been such an inspiration to me! The insight I received, both on how I relate to others and how I am treating myself, has been eye opening. It taught me that in order to "Love your neighbor as you love yourself", you must remember to first - "love yourself".
