Steve Hudgins is a Great Author.
The Green Man is a great story. It is the best story in the entire book. There are other good stories in this book, l like The Green Man the most.
It’s a horror story that is not only horror, but it is also a lot of fun. I like the way the author builds up the story, then knocks it down.
The author tells all his stories in this way, in this book. This is why l love this author. All of his books are like this. Twisting and turning and galloping around the turnstile. Ain’t it great.

Most of the stories were underwhelming in this one and too similar to the last 2 volumes. More variety was needed and all the books in the volumes end in the death of the main character or they escape with little other variants and too many of the stories had a couple of point of view which isn’t needed and made them repetitive.
I prefer a horror collection with various authors I think as you get different styles of story. One author doing multiple ends up too similar and loses the element of surprise

Incredibly haunting
I love short stories. My favorite was The Green Man. Finder Bender was next in line. But each story was a spooky read all on their own.

This is a fun collection of stories that keep us up at night. Hudgins writes about the unexplained, reincarnation, deadly plagues, and the best and worst of human nature. He reminds us to be careful what we wish for. Nothing comes without a price. There’s a fun twist on take your pet to work day. I laughed out loud at the ending of Hidden Cameras. I love Hudgins’s dark sense of humor! My personal favorite was The Green Man. I’m looking forward to what comes next from my favorite maniac’s mind.
