Your success depends on your attitude! This book helps people to tap into their personal attitudes to better understand, analyze, adjust, and maintain the right frame of mind at work and at home. Implement practical ways to communicate to communicate positive attitudes and learn to deal with other people's difficult attitudes. You'll learn how certain attitudes create specific actions and results.
I suppose the advice given in this book is good, though I didn't find it particularly helpful. I don't know if it is because there are relatively few practical examples given of actually working through the advice given, or the sense of someone relentlessly positive admonishing me to be likewise, or the little space given to dealing with hurts, disappointments, failures, etc., other than to emphasize how important it is to make something positive from them. As I say there is some good stuff in here, but nothing new, so a lot of it is reminders of stuff I know or have read before. I think a lot of it I would learn better by example, rather than by being told what to do and given exercises to fill out. Seeing how someone else deals with a situation would be much more helpful and inspirational to me.
