"Don't Call Me A Thriving Beyond Cancer" is more than just a guide; it’s a lifeline for those submerged in the fear and routine of merely surviving. Authored by Felipe Sanchez, someone who has walked the grueling path of cancer and emerged with newfound purpose, this book offers a powerful blueprint for mental, emotional, and physical rejuvenation.

This comprehensive guide begins by addressing the victim mentality that many fall into post-diagnosis—understanding its roots and recognizing the hidden battles, including unrecognized depression and lifestyle pitfalls that sabotage recovery. From here, you'll explore tailored strategies that foster mental shifts and nourishing habits, all aimed at building strength and vitality.

Step by step, the book equips you with the tools to transform your life. You’ll learn how to shift from feeling helpless to embracing empowerment, from enduring life to actively shaping it. Through personal anecdotes, practical advice, and motivating stories of others who have thrived against the odds, you'll see that thriving is not just possible—it's achievable.

"Don't Call Me A Survivor" doesn’t just aim to guide you back to your old life, but to a new life filled with greater purpose and joy. As you turn each page, you will gradually see yourself move from victim to victor, reclaiming control and celebrating each victory along the way.

Join the journey and redefine what it means to live and thrive, despite cancer.

Well written and easy to read book about changing your mindset, and as the author states, Thriving Beyond Cancer. While a good portion of the book is dedicated to discussing thriving beyond cancer, there is also plenty for those who do not have that diagnosis. Setting goals, taking care of your mind and body, etc. Would recommend as a good read for anyone but especially though who have been diagnosed with, and want to thrive beyond the diagnosis and the disease.
