“Escaping Her Past” by Amber Grojean is an engrossing and entertaining read. I was caught up in the suspense and family drama. The twists and turns she skillfully created took me by surprise. Kathy, the main character, comes with a lifetime of baggage, yet that doesn’t hold her back. There’s a serious life lesson in the way, with the love and support of those who love her, Kathy takes charge of what her future will be. “Escaping Her Past” is a good read. I recommend it. — Pat Spencer, author of the Sticks in a Bundle Trilogy and Story of a Stolen Girl.
