Not great writing, but I loved how she addresses the rights and needs of children in any step situation.

I think I bought my copy at a library book sale. Or my mom did...anyway, it's the first I read on the topic back when we first got married and it was a good resource with solid, basic information. Knowledge is power!

I didn't finish this book, it was too humourless and instructional for me...if I had read this before I became a step parent I would have run away very fast..as fast as my little legs would take me...they just make it seem all too hard!
