Llewellyn George started his publishing company in Portland, Oregon in 1901, concentrating Astrological books and annuals. In 1961, Carl L. Weschcke of St. Paul, Minnesota purchased the company and relocated it to the Midwest.

The art in this years calender is horrible! I might have to take it down...images are garish and poorly rendered...upsetting.to look at! I have been buying this Calendar and the datebook.for.at least 50 years but this one is very disturbing! Most years the symbolism is unique but this years. Calendar has mostly ugly portraits with cartoonist style very ugly! ill have to take it down ! The aspect detail is the only use i can see for it!

I’ve been getting their calendars for about 20 years now. The art has been getting progressively worse. This year is the worst so far. Might have to cover up their “pics” with my own. Let’s celebrate the planets and their signs not these horrible computer generated AI photos of “people”. The style of the art doesn’t compliment the astrological aspect that I’m looking for and enjoy.
